By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR bearing no. 231/2024, registered at Police Station Jaitpur, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) and all other proceedings arising therefrom. 2. During pendency of the trial, with the intervention of family member and well wishers, both the parties had amicably settled their disputes vide Settlement Agreement dated 15.12.2025.
