The applicant seeks setting aside of the judgment dated 07.02.2026 of this court, whereby the conviction of the applicant and sentence awarded to him were upheld, directing the applicant to surrender before the trial court on 09.02.2026 at 10:00am to face sentence. 2. Learned APP submits that the applicant has not surrendered till date. In response, Mr. Sagar Suri, learned counsel for applicant submits that he is not aware as to whether the applicant has surrendered or not. 3. At this stage, Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Advocate, who signed this application submits that the applicant has not surrendered till date. 4. At this stage, learned counsel (Mr. Kuldeep Kumar, Advocate) for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 5. As requested, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
