s seek anticipatory transit bail in FIR No.15/2019 under Sections
IPC, Police Station Khairtal Jila, Alwar, Rajasthan.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have received notice dated 27.01.2019 under Section 41(A)(1) Cr.P.C. from Police Station Khairtal Jila asking them to join investigation consequent to a complaint filed against them.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed a complaint against their neighbours for having impersonated and cheated several people in their names. He submits that the said complaint was made on 11.01.2019 much prior to the receipt of summons from Police Station Khairtal Jila.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the permanent resident of Delhi and there is an apprehension of their arrest in Delhi within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. He submits that the notice dated 27.01.2019 also indicates that a police team had come for the purposes of their arrest.

5. 6. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State. Learned APP for the State, under instructions, submits that no notice has been received from the Police at Alwar for arrest of the BAIL APPLN. 393/2019 & BAIL APPLN. 394/2019 Page 2 of 3 petitioners.

7. Without commenting on the merits of the case and in view of the judgment of a coordinate Bench of this Court in Capt. Satish Kumar Sharma vs. Delhi Administration & Ors.:(1990) ILR1(Delhi) 203, the petitioners are granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of 10 days from today to enable them to approach the concerned Court at Alwar, Rajasthan.

8. It is clarified that this order shall elapse after the expiry of 10 days from today.

9. Petitions are disposed of in the above terms.
