1. This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to include and alter the penal provisions of Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST Act and Section 376 IPC in Crime No.45 of 2016 by the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2016 and to file the alteration report.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that investigation in Crime No.45 of 2016 has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti on 01.03.2016.
