1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order of terminating the allotment order issued by the respondent in his proceedings in E(C)/F37/06/2013/Estate/D.200 dated 05.04.2016.

2. This matter is purely contractual in nature. A contract has been cancelled on the policy decision taken in order to maintain law and order in and around the beach area of Zone-A.
