1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 30.12.2015 and take necessary action.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her husband is going to Clubs for gambling and spending all her money. In this regard, she has given a complaint to the 1st respondent with a copy to the Chief Minister's Special Cell.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint dated 30.12.2015 does not disclose a commission of cognizable offence to register an FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdictional All Women Police Station and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken in accordance with law.
