1. This petition has been filed to direct the 2^nd respondent to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2015 on the file of the respondents within stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 16.12.2015 given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted and was closed on the ground that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the 2^nd respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 16.12.2015.
