1. This petition has been filedto direct the 2^nd respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2016 dated 31.01.2016 on the file of the 2^nd respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2016 has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, which is yet to be taken on file.
