1. This petition has been filed, seeking to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.260 of 2012 pending on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Thanjavur to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
