(Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings(Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 praying this Court to set aside the fair and decretal order made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2008, dated 8.2.2016, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority(Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair and decretal order made in R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2006, dated 28.3.2007, on the file of the Rent Controller(Principal District Munsif),Tirunelveli.)

1. This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to to set aside the fair and decretal order made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2008, dated 8.2.2016, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority(Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair and decretal order made in R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2006, dated 28.3.2007, on the file of the Rent Controller(Principal District Munsif),Tirunelveli.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court stating that the Petitioner/tenant will vacate the premises in question and hand-over the vacant possession of the same to the respondent/Landlord on or before 31.12.2016. The Petitioner/tenant also gave an undertaking regarding the payment of rent in future. The said Undertaking Affidavit shall form part and parcel of the record in the Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in above terms. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
