1. This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to to set aside the fair and decretal order made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2008, dated 8.2.2016, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority(Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair and decretal order made in R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2006, dated 28.3.2007, on the file of the Rent Controller(Principal District Munsif),Tirunelveli.
