ORAL With the consent of learned counsel for parties, the above captioned three appeals are taken up together for hearing and by this common judgment, they are being disposed of as these three appeals relate to acquisition of land in Village Kotla Mahigram by Notification of 6th April, 1964 under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The Land Acquisition Collector had assessed the compensation for the acquired land at `3,000/- per bigha and the Reference Court had enhanced it to `10,547/- per bigha. Thus, the market value of the acquired land has been assessed at `13,547/-. At the final hearing of these appeals, learned counsel for appellantBalbir Singh has placed on record certified copy of the Apex Court’s order of 27th November, 2013 in Civil Appeal No.749 of 2007 titled Shri Mangla Ram etc. v. Union of India & Anr. alongwith an application for early hearing.
