Petitioners are A1, A3 to A5 and A7 to A9 in Crime No.390/2014 of Bakel Police Station, Kasargode District. Offences alleged are under sections 143, 147, 148, 427, 452 and 506(i) r/w 149 of IPC. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed for anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation is that on 11.05.2014 at about midnight, 00.45 hrs, the accused trespassed into the compound of the complainant's house and threatened to kill her. They also caused damage to the glasses of the window, it is alleged.
