***** AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court assailing the selection and appointment of Sanjeet Kaidain-respondent No.4 on the post of Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist in pursuance to advertisement dated 23.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) issued by the District Health and Family Welfare Society-respondent No.3.
After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would make a detailed representation claiming therein the benefit of marks which were required to be assigned to her, she being resident of District Gurgaon as per the criteria laid down for selection, copy whereof has been appended as Annexure P-4, which information has been supplied to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act by the Mission Director, National Rural Health Mission, Haryana.
The said representation, counsel states, will be submitted to respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today, which may be directed to be considered and Kumar Ramesh 2014.05.30 09:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No.9542 of 2014 {2} decided within some specified time.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merit of the case or commenting thereon, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chairman, District Health and Family Welfare Society-respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today.
If such a representation is filed within the stipulated period, the same shall be considered and decided by said respondent No.3 within a period of ten days of submission of such representation.
In case the claim of the petitioner is not to be accepted, then a well reasoned and speaking order be passed and conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.
