23. 04.2014 Surinder Goel and others Petitioners VERSUS Ramesh Kumar Singhal ... respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHESH GROVER Present: Mr. Avinash Mittal, Advocate for the petitioners MAHESH GROVER, J.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the instant petition on merits but confines his prayer for grant of time to vacate the demised premises. It is stated that if time is granted to the petitioners upto 30.4.2015, they would hand over the physical vacant possession of the premises to the respondent. On hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition as not pressed and the petitioners are allowed time to hand over the physical vacant possession of the demised premises to the landlord subject to their furnishing of an undertaking within two weeks from today before the learned Rent Controller in the following terms :- 1. That they shall hand over physical vacant possession of the premises to the respondent on or before 30.4.2015.

2. That they shall pay all arrears of rent and water and electricity charges etc. upto date to the respondent within a Rekha Sihag 2014.04.24 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh CR No.2802 of 2014(O&M) 2 period of four weeks from today.
