Appellant is the opposite party in CC.52/09 in the file of CDRF, Kollam. The appellant is under orders to pay a sum of Rs.3,13,815/- with interest at 12% and also to pay compensation of Rs.20,000/- and cost of Rs.1,500/-.

The matter relates to the alleged defective construction by the appellant as contractor. The appellant/opposite party was exparte before the Forum.
