JUSTICE PRASHANT KUMAR For the Petitioner: Mr. V.K. Tiwary For the State: Mr. S.K. Srivastava, APP 3/20.09.2013: Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioner Triloki Prasad is moved by Sri V.K.
