Crl.M.not M-37658 of 2012 The present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.is for issuance of direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no.4 and 5.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if respondent no.2, i.e., Senior Superintendent of Police, Roop Nagar, is directed to take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on application, dated 18.11.2012, Annexure P4, already made to him by petitioner no.1.

As per averments made in the petition both the petitioners are major.

Date of birth of petitioner no.1-Rupinder Kaur, as per copy of Delhi Senior Secondary School Examination Certificate, Annexure P1, is 18.10.1991, and date of birth of petitioner No.2- Pankaj Kumar, as per copy of Birth Certificate, Annexure P2, is 27.4.1988.
