Appearance: Mr.Ratnanko Banerji, MRS.Lapita Banerji, Mr.Swarajit Dey, Mr.Indradeep Basu, Advocates .For the Plaintiff Mr.P.S.Basu, Advocate for the Defendant The Court: This matter is mentioned at the instance of the plaintiff.
