This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.23 dated 13.2.2013 (Annexure P-5) under Sections 294-A/ 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 8/9 of the Lottery Regulation Act, 1998 (the Act for short) registered at Police Station Shimla Puri District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
