The petitioner has subsequently preferred Ext.P5 representation to the second respondent seeking for the renewal of regular goods carriage permit in the light of the absence of reply from the third respondent financier.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation on merits with notice to the petitioner and the third respondent financier.
