THE UTTARAKHAND [THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICES (TRIBUNAL)] (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2009 THE UTTARAKHAND [THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICES (TRIBUNAL)] (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2009 [Act. No. 8 of 2009] PREAMBLE An Act further to amend the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Tribunal) Act, 1976 (Act No, 17 of 1976) (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand) in its applicability to the State of Uttarakhand Be it enacted by State Assembly in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand [the Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Tribunal)] (Amendment) Act, 2009. (2) It shall come into force at once.
