Title: Effect of Suspension and Remission on Dismissal

(1) Where in addition to any other sentence the punishment of dismissal has been awarded by a Security Guard Court, and such other sentence is suspended under section 126, then, such dismissal shall not take effect until so ordered by the authority or officer specified in section 126. (2) If such other sentence is remitted under section 130, the punishment of dismissal shall also be remitted.

Title: Filling Up of Tank, Etc

(1) Where any well, tank, cistern, reservoir, receptacle or other place in the cantonment where water is stored or accumulates, whether within any private enclosure or not, is in such a condition as to create a nuisance or, in the opinion of the Health Officer, or the Assistant Health Officer, is or is likely to be a breeding place for mosquitoes, the1[Board] may, by notice in writing, require the owner, lessee or occupier thereof within such period as may be specified in the notice, to fill up or cover the well, cistern, reservoir or receptacle, or to fill up the tank, or to drain off or remove the water, as the case may be. (2) The1[Board] may, if it thinks fit, with the previous sanction of the2[Officer Commanding-in-Chief, of the Command3[or the Director],]meet the whole or any portion of the expenses incurred in complying with a requisition under sub-section( 1). ________________________ 1.
