Title: Power to Remove Anything Deposited or Exposed for Sale in Contravention of This Act

The Chairperson may, without notice, cause to be removed-- (a) any stall, chair, bench, box, ladder, bale, or other thing whatsoever, placed, deposited, projected, attached or suspended in, upon, from or to any place in contravention of this Act. (b) any article whatsoever hawked or exposed for sale on any public street or in other public place in contravention of this Act and any vehicle, package, box or any other thing in or on which such article is placed.

Title: Articles Exposed to Infection

(1) The Secretary shall, from time to time, notify places at which articles of clothing or bedding or other articles which have been exposed to infection from any dangerous or infectious disease may be washed or disinfected. (2) The Secretary may direct the destruction of clothing, bedding, or other articles likely to retain such infection. (3) Whoever washes such clothing or bedding or other articles at any place other than those set apart for such purposes under sub-section (1), shall, on conviction be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.

Title: Young Girls Exposed to Risk of Seduction, Etc.

If it appears to a court on the complaint of any person that a girl under the age of eighteen years is, with or without the knowledge of her parent or guardian exposed to the risk of seduction or prostitution, the court may direct the parent or guardian to enter into a recognisance to exercise due care and supervision in respect of such girl.

No person shall in any Street or public place expose for hire or sale any animal or vehicle, clean any furniture or vehicle, or clean or groom any horse or other animal, except at such times and places as a competent authority permits, or shall train or break in any horse or other animal or make any vehicle or any part of a vehicle, or except when in the case of an accident repairing on the spot is unavoidable, repair any vehicle or part of a vehicle or carry on therein any manufacture or operation so as to be a serious impediment to traffic or a serious annoyance to residents or to the public.

Bombay Prevention of Begging Act, 1959, (Maharashtra) Section 30

Title: Seizure and Disposal of Animals Exposed or Exhibited for Obtaining or Extoring Alms

.....may direct that the animal shall be treated and cared for in such infirmary until it is fit for discharge or that it shall be sent to a pinjrapole, or if the veterinary officer in charge of the area in which the animal is found or such other veterinary officer as has been authorised by the rules made under section 15 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890, certifies that it is incurable or cannot be removed without cruelty, that it shall be destroyed; and the Court may also order that, after release from the infirmary, the animal may be confiscated. (4) An animal sent for care and treatment to an infirmary shall not, unless the Court directs that it shall be sent to a pinjrapole or that it shall be destroyed, be released from such place except upon a certificate of its fitness for discharge issued by the veterinary officer in charge of the area in which the infirmary is situated or such other veterinary officer as has been authorised by rules made under section 15 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1890.
