.....from the salary or wages payable to him, such amount as may be specified in the agreement and to pay the amount so deducted to the society in satisfaction of any debt or other demand the member owes to the society. Title: Members of Multi-state Co-operative Societies and their Rights and Liabilities

Title: Direction and Management of Multi-state Co-operative Societies

..... (i) To sanction, loans to the members; and (j) To take such other measures or to do such other acts as may be prescribed or required under this Act. Section 43 - Meetings of the board (1) The Chief Executive shall convene the meetings of the board at the instance of the chairman or president of the multi-State co-operative society. Section 41 - Board of directors (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and rules, there shall be a board of directors for every multi-State co-operative society consisting of such number of members as specified in sub-section (3).
