Preamble1 - The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Act, 2008 Section1 - Short Title, Extent And Commencement Section2 - Definitions In this Act unless the context otherwise requires Section3 - Constitution of Commission The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission shall be constituted as follows :- [A] Chairman Section4 - Tenure of Chairman and Members Section5 - Services/Cadres/Post For Which Commission May Recommend For The Appointment The Commission may recommend for the Section6 - Sub-Ordinate Officers and Employees The Service Conditions of the subordinate officers and employees shall be such as Section7 - Headquarter of Commission and Administrative Dept The headquarter of the Commission shall be at Ranchi. The Section8 - Process of Selection The Commission shall formulate the process of selection for different services/posts with the Section9 - Delegation of Powers Section10 - Transfer of Pending Selection Work With Respect To Class Three Posts All selection for recruitment to the posts as Section11 - Financial Provision All expenditure incurred in the functioning of the office of the commission shall be met by State Section12 - Power To Formulate Rule
