Section 3 - Constitution of Commission The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission shall be constituted as follows :- [A] Chairman - An officer of the Indian Administrative Service, appointed by the State Government not below the rank: of Super-time Scale with at least three years of service remaining. [B] Member - Two officers of All India Services/State Services, appointed by the State Government not below the pay scale of Rs. 14300-18300 (or similar pay scale revised time to time) with at least three years of remaining. [C] Appointment of Chairman/Members - The State Government shall be the appointing authority for the Chairman/Members. Section 4 - Tenure of Chairman and Members (i) The Tenure of Chairman & Members shall be of four years or till superannuation, whichever be earlier.
