SECTION 77: Amendment of S.9C of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975), with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, after sub-section (1), the following sub-sections shall be inserted, namely- "(1A) An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be accompanied by a fee of fifteen thousand rupees.

(1B) Every application made before the Appellate Tribunal,--

(a) in an appeal under sub-section (1), for grant of stay or for rectification of mistake or for any other purpose; or (b) for restoration of an appeal or an application, shall be accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees."
