Section Text

SECTION 76: Amendment of S. 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975), in sub-section (5), for the words "relating to non-levy, short-levy, refunds and appeals", the words "relating to, the date for determination of rate of duty, non-levy, short-levy, refunds, interest, appeals, offences and penalties" shall be substituted.
