It is noticed that most of the employees of our Factory are in the habit of attending to their duties very late. Thereby creating much dislocation in the production of the factory. This sort of behavior on the part of the employees is highly objectionable. Therefore, the following instructions are issued for the information and strict compliance with immediate effect :-
01. All the employees should be punctual in attending to their shift duties atleast 15 minutes in advance as far as possible. In exceptional cases they should be present themselves at least precisely at the shift timings.
02. Coming late to duty should be dispensed with immediately.
03. Those who attend to duty by 15 minutes late for 3 times will forfeit half day's salary.
04. Those who attend to duty by more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to duty. Failure to
comply with the above instructions will be viewed very seriously and liable for strict action.
