We are in receipt of your demand letter dated ........... and in reply thereto informs you as under:
01. That your demand is exorbitant, unfair, unjust and illegal. It is against the principles of industrial law and social justice. It can not, therefore, be accepted and is hereby rejected by the management.
02. The order dated ............... passed regarding (dismissal/termination/removal/retrenchment or any other punitive action) is legal, valid, operative and binding. You are not entitled to any relief as demanded or otherwise in the matter.
03. If inspite of the above you will pursue the matter further, you will be doing so entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences, which please note.
