I the undersigned most respectfully submit as under :
01. We are carrying on business in Name and style of ……………….. Our factory at situated at………………………. Our business is a family consent and work is done by family member. Part of job we give it to our contractor on job basis and the labour of contractor is not employee of our factory. The said labour join …………. Union whose president is ……………… and General Secretary is …………………..
02. The said labours are not our employees they are harassing us by various methods. They are daily assembling at the gate at about ……. a.m./p.m. committing tress pass in our factory, obstructing the passing of our vehicles, obstructing the loading and unloading of goods, illegally restraining our members from coming and going, intimidating and threatening our family members, with serious consequences to their life. As a result of all these our work and factory has been paralysed.
03. It would appear that all the above mentioned persons have committed offences of criminal trespass, intimidation, wrongful restraint and unlawful assembly.
It is therefore requested be please to take immediate appropriate action against …………. For the offence ………….committed by them.
