Agreement for Recognition of a Trade Union

This agreement is made and entered into at ........................... on this ............. day of .........20..... between .................... hereafter called the employer and ................... hereafter called the union.
As the employer and the union have resolved their disputes regarding recognition of the union on the terms stated below.
It is hereby agreed by and between the parties as under
01. That the employer agreed to grants recognition to the union with effect from..............for a period of ................ years.
02. That the employer may give one month's written notice to the union intimate its intention to withdraw the aforesaid recognition if any of the conditions stated in section ......... and or ....... of the Indian Trade Unions Act, 1926 arise, on expiry of ...... month of the service of such intimation to the union, the recognition of the union shall be deemed to have been withdrawn by the employer, unless the employer waives in writing the aforesaid intimation during such period of one month
03. That the union shall regularly inform the employer of any of the changes made in its rules or conditions ....... and ...... of section ........ of the Indian Trade Unions Act or any matters affecting these as and when such changes occur and shall also furnish any other information relevant to these matters or affecting the recognition of the union within one week of request made in writing by the employer to the union to that effect.
04. That all references to section and provisions of the Indian Trade Unions Act in this agreement shall be deemed to include all necessary and consequential references to the amended altered or substituted provisions corresponding to the provisions referred to in this agreement and no change of law shall be construed to or deemed to affect the terms of this agreement so far as and till the terms of the agreement can be legally carried out and fulfilled.
05. That any disputes or differences arising out of this agreement shall be referred to the arbitration of ...............and such arbitration shall be subject to the same procedure and provisions as in the arbitration referred to in the collective agreement dated............ between the parties to this agreement.
06. A memorandum of this agreement shall be jointly presented to the Registrar of Trade Unions and got registered with him. In witness whereof the parties have set their hands unto this agreement and signed it today the .......... day of..........20........
