The management has provided you the uniform but very often you do not wear the same while on duty. You have been repeatedly advised to wear uniform but of no effect. Non-wearing uniform when provided by the employer amounts to serious misconduct. Without prejudice to our right to take appropriate disciplinary action, you are hereby advised in your own interest to wear uniform, failing which appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against you.
