Dear Sir,

Contemplated strike and deploying of police force.

This is to inform you that the employees of our factory through their Union have sent a notice dated that they will go on strike with effect from In a concerted manner and there may be possibility that one or more than one employees may resort to hunger strike at the factory gate as it is evident from the notice dated.............. During the strike we apprehend that the strikers may resort to violence and may causes aggress and ingress and / or damage the machines, materials and property. Kindly depute some police force to protect out persons and property in order to avoid any untoward incident. In this connection we also submit that the contemplated strike is neither legal nor justified.
