The Workers of M/s............................... have been on strike since..................... The strike as resorted to is prima facie illegal and unjustified since there is a tripartite settlement in operation wherein the demands as raised by the striking workers have been settled, the management has offered the payment of bonus in accordance with the Payment of Bonus Act. The management has repeatedly called upon the workers to call of the strike and resume their duties. The notice were displayed at the factory gate as well as sent to the striking workers individually. Notwithstanding above, the striking workers have neither called off the strike nor resumed duties. On the contrary the agitational and militant activities are being intensified. Now therefore, without prejudice to the right of the management to take appropriate disciplinary action, the striking workers are advised to resume their duties within ....... hours of the publication of this notice failing which appropriate action will be taken against them and / or a presumption will be drawn that they are no longer interested in their employment.
