With reference to our first notice No................ dated ................ and second notice dated wherein you were called upon to report for duty within..............days, failing which we will draw a presumption that you have abandoned the employment on your own accord. Although we are within our rights to draw an irresistible presumption that you have abandoned the employment on your own accord. Nevertheless we give you yet another opportunity to report for duty immediately but not later than .............. from the receipt of this notice failing which we will be constrained to delete your name from the attendance register by drawing a presumption that you are not interested to work with company. No further notice will be sent to you in this regard and this notice brings an end to the employment.
