That you were placed under suspension vide Order dated ............. but now you have been acquitted of the charges by the court of law and no further disciplinary proceedings against him are contemplated.
Since the said Shri ........................... has been acquitted / given benefit of doubt of the charges in the enquiry, he is reinstated in service. It is further ordered that Shri............................. will be entitled to full pay and allowance for the period of suspension and Shri .................. will be treated as if he was on duty for all other purposes.
