With reference to charge sheet dated : .........., an enquiry was instituted vide notice of enquiry dated during the enquiry, the enquiry officer found that you are guilty of the charge of the unauthorised absence and abusing your superior. I have gone through the proceedings of the enquiry and agree with the findings of the enquiry officer that you are guilty of charge of unauthorised absence from, duty and abusing your superior, as noted in the charge sheet dated ............. It is proposed to inflict on you the punishment of dismissing you from service with the company. You are hereby called upon to submit your explanation in writing within two weeks from the date of receipt of this notice as to why the proposed punishment should not be inflicted upon you. If you fall to submit your explanation within the stipulated time, it will be construed that you have no explanation to offer and action will be taken without any further initimation to you.
