The charge sheeted worked did not attend the enquiry. In order to give him one more opportunity, the enquiry was postponed to … On ….… The enquiry officer suddenly feel sick. In view of the charge sheeted workman’s admission and on the basis of the records submitted by the managements representative as exhibits I have no hesitation to find that Mr…………………… was absent from duty for more than ten consecutive days from ……….. to …………..
Point No. 2
As per Orders No…….. of the Government Orders, absence without leave for more than three consecutive days is a misconduct.
Further as per the records submitted by the Managements representative, as exhibits the charge sheeted workman was already warned thrice for the same charge.
In view of my above findings on points 1 and 2, I find that the charge against Mr……….. is proved beyond doubt as misconduct in terms of clause ……… of the Orders appended to the, Industrial Employment …….…………. Rules.
The connected enquiry papers are enclosed.

In view of the charge sheeted workman’s admission and on the basis of the records submitted by the managements representative as exhibits I have no hesitation to find that Mr…………………… was absent from duty for more than ten consecutive days from ……….. to …………..
Point No. 2
As per Orders No…….. of the Government Orders, absence without leave for more than three consecutive days is a misconduct.
Further as per the records submitted by the Managements representative, as exhibits the charge sheeted workman was already warned thrice for the same charge.
