You have been served without our show cause notice dated........... which has been duly acknowledged by you. Bu you have not sent your explanation till date. Subsequent notices sent to your last recorded address with us, intimating your about our decision to hold an enquiry has been returned undelivered with the postal endorsement “Unclaimed”.
Please note that it is decided to hold an enquiry into the charges leveled against you on....................... at................. at .............. by Shri.............................. You will be given all opportunities to defend yourself including cross examining the witness to be examined in support of the charges and to produce your own witnesses. As per the Company’s approved standing orders in force you will be entitled to be assisted by a co-workman of your choice at the enquiry. If you fail to appear the enquiry on the above date and time, the enquiry would be conducted ex-parte and the decision taken thereon shall be binding on you. This is to confirm that you have also been placed under suspension pending enquiry. You are entitled for 50% of the salary as subsistence allowance.
