Charge-sheet to an Employee for Holding meeting inside the Premises of Factory/Establishment

The Company management was informed by Mr......................... on ............. (Dated) that on ................ at .................... a meeting was held inside the premises of the Establishment/ Factory wherein you are alleged to have instigated the other employees to............. (State the substance of provocative speech). The said meeting was held during working hours without permission of the management. As you are aware that holding of such unauthorised meeting is prohibited in the premises of the management and is breach of discipline.
You are, therefore, called upon to show cause within .......days of the receipt of this charge-sheet, as to why disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the above misconduct. If no reply is received within time prescribed then company will presume that you have accepted the charge and action will be taken against you as per Law.
