Charge-sheet for causing Damage to the Machines and Materials of the factory

We came to know that you are indulging in the activities prejudicial to the interest of discipline and by dubious means you have been spoiling the harmonious atmosphere in the factory. There are a number of instances for your undisciplined and insolent behaviour. It is further reported that on when you were working on the machine you deliberately damaged the machine and material. When you were asked by foreman that you should not indulge in such objectionable activities you rudely behave that you will teach a lesson to the management by causing damage to the machine and material so that the normal production is impaired.
The above mentioned charges are of very serious nature and make you liable for appropriate disciplinary action. You are hereby called upon to show cause as to why appropriate disciplinary action should not be initiated against you. If you failed to reply within the prescribed time it will be presumed that you admit the charges and have no explanation to offer.
