Notice Advising the Workmen to call off their Illegal Strike

The workmen of ..................are hereby informed that despite the notices dated ................... and .................. they did not call off the strike which was commenced from.................. and did not join duty so far. It was made abundant clear to them in the various meeting held on ................ and ................ that they could not offer the increase in wages more than ............... to ............. per month besides other fringe benefits like washing allowance, attendance bonus etc.
The workmen are therefore, hereby informed that through the Management could have proceeded sternly against the workmen as per law immediately after.................. and with a view to give fair and final opportunity for employment in the factory, all workmen are hereby directed to report duty immediately on or before...................... if they fail to report to duty they shall be deemed to have no interest in the employment and left the services of the company on their own accord.
