Draft Letter in case of Illegal strike/work-to-rule

Dear Sir,
It has been noticed with effect from ..................... you along with other workman of the company having stopping do the work with a view to force the company to agree with your demands though the case is pending with .......... Court for subjudice.
Your aforesaid illegal actions have not only paralysed the working of the Organisation and brought the work to a standstill but have also generated the grossest indiscipline, insubordination and prejudice to the company.
Please note that your action amounts to an illegal strike which your Union is designating as work-to-rule. You have rendered yourself liable not only for serious disciplinary action but also for deduction of wages. In the interests of maintaining peace the company is giving you this final opportunity to stop forthwith all the above stated work-to-rule and stoppage of work actions and do normal work during office hours or else the company will be constrained to take appropriate preventive and remedial measures for the consequences of which you, your co-workmen and your Union will be held responsible.
