I am in receipt of your letter dated................. and in reply submit the true facts as follows :
On the ..........20........... at .......... A.M./P.M. Mr................... came to the factory and started telling me in front of the other workers that I am a useless person and good for nothing. When I protested and said that I should not be spoken to in this way Sri ................. said that he would have me dismissed from service.
Even previously on several occasions Sri .................who has been disliking me because I am doing such good work and am likely to be promoted to the post of supervisor, has insulted me and threatened me.
The allegations made in the chargesheet are absolutely false and in case it is decided to proceed against me I would like to have an opportunity of personal hearing so that I may be able to satisfy that I have not committed any guilt.
