Dear Sir,
01. This has reference to your application dated ........... and later on interview dated .............. you had with us for the post of Sales Promotion Representative. We are pleased to inform you that you selected for the said post with effect from ..........................Your headquarter will be .........................
02. Your appointment shall be on probation for a duration of ........ months, in the first instance and this can be extended at our option, by another six months. You shall be entitled to the following terms during your probationary period :-
(a) A Consolidated salary of Rs........... (Rupees...................) only per month.

02. Your appointment shall be on probation for a duration of ........ months, in the first instance and this can be extended at our option, by another six months. You shall be entitled to the following terms during your probationary period :-
(a) A Consolidated salary of Rs........... (Rupees...................) only per month.
(b) Daily Allowance of Rs. .................per working day during field work at Headquarter. While on tour you will be entitled to Rs. ............... per working day of field work outside your Headquarters but not involving overnight stay and Rs. .................. per day while on tour outside Headquarters requiring overnight stay.
03. Your mode of transport from Headquarters to Outstation and return shall, as far as possible, be by Public Bus Transport. However, if the journey involves travel during night, you will be allowed to travel by Railway 1st class. For this facility your tour programme will require prior sanction from your Superiors.
04. While on probation your appointment can be terminated, without assigning any reasons. Your probationary period shall be deemed to have been extended until such time the Company offers you confirmation in writing.
05. You are liable to be transferred (either temporarily or permanently) to any Department/Division/Establishment of the Company, or any location in India
06. You shall not at anytime, without a written consent of the company, divulge or make public any of the trade secrets, accounts, transactions, information or dealings regarding the Company, which you become aware of whether directly or indirectly, in the event you do not comply with this, the Company will be at liberty to terminate your services, without any notice or compensation whatsoever.
07. You shall not, without the written consent of the Company, indulge or undertake additional employment or business while in the service of the Company.
08. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order, of all Company's property which may be in your custody, care or charge. The Company shall have the right to deduct the money value of such Company property from your dues and take such other actions deemed proper in the event of your failure to account for such property to our satisfaction.
09. You will be governed by the rules and regulations that are applicable from time to time to Company's employees in your category and in particular by the operations manual for field staff.
10. You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address, family status, acquisition of additional qualifications etc.
11. If any dispute, and/or difference arises out of in connection with the letter of appointment including any further terms and conditions that may be laid down from time to time, it shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of ...................
12. A duplicate copy of this letter is enclosed. Kindly return it duly signed by you in token of your having studied and understood and accepting and conditions of this letter governing our relations to the extent mentioned herein.
