Dear Sir,
Subject: Terms and Conditions of Appointment

With reference to your application dated ................and later on interview dated .......... in connection with your appointment as a Personnel Manager/Officer/Production Manager in our Organisation Company/Factory/Establishment/Firm, we have the pleasure to offer you the post mentioned above on the following terms and conditions:-

(01) You will be paid following salary and other allowances :-

(02) You will be on probation for a period of from the date of your joining. The said period of probation will be liable to be extended for a further period-of at the sole discretion of the Management depending on the asssessment of your overall performance. Unless confirmed in writing, you will continue to be on probation.

(03) During the probationary period your services will be terminated without any notice and without assigning    any reasons.

(04) On confirmation, your services will be liable to be terminated on one month's notice or salary in lieu of notice except for dismissal,discharge or termination for misconduct when you will not be entitled to any such notice or salary thereof.

(05) Your appointment and continuation in employment of the Management/Establishment will be further subject to your remaining medically fit. The Management will have the right to get you examined or re-examined by any Registered Medical Practitioner whose decision shall be final and binding on you.

(06) You will be the whole time employee of the Company and will not engage yourself in any work similar in nature to that of the company and/or in which you may for the time being be engaged by the Company and/or engage yourself anywhere in any work, profession or employment in any capacity either honorary or otherwise.

(07) Your services will be liable to be transferred from one place to and/or from one Department to another and/or from one factory to another either existing or to be set up in future purely at the discretion of the Management on account of exigencies of work.

(08) Your service would come to an end automatically on attaining the age of ................ years by way of retirement or even earlier if found unfit.

(09) In the capacity of you will maintain high standard of discipline, efficiency, integrity and supervise the workers working under your supervision with the best of your ability.

In case the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please return the carbon copy of the letter of offer of appointment after affixing your signature in token of your having accepted the above terms and conditions and report for duty on............
