Dear Sir,
With reference to your application dated ………….. seeking opportunity of training as apprentice in our organization and your later on interview, we are pleased to take you as an apprentice in our organization on the following terms and conditions :-
1. Your apprenticeship period shall be for a period of months/year/years in the first instance which can be extended further or terminated earlier without giving any notice or assigning any reasons thereof.
2. You will be paid stipend of Rs. ……………. per month. No other allowance will be paid to you.
3. You shall abide by the instructions of your superiors in matters pertaining to the training as well as the rules of discipline either existing or extended from time to time
4. Any breach or violation of any instructions/rules will render you liable for termination of the apprenticeship without assigning any reason or notice.
5. You will be required to maintain a daily performance diary, regarding your engagements and achievements of day to day training and produce the same to your superiors as and when so required.
6. You will not be entitled to claim any other privileges/benefits including bonus which are available to the employees except the stipend payable during the apprenticeship period.
7. In case the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you please sign the duplicate copy in token of your acceptance.
