Sanad, deed and other instrument, the words 'deed' and 'other instrument' must be read 'ejusdem generis' with 'sanad' and so must be confined to a document of title like a sanad in which one party crates or confers a zamindari estate on another. The words must be read disjunctively and be interpreted according to their ordinary meaning.
