Agreed. This word in a deed creates a covenant. As to the persons respectively bound by a clause beginning 'It is hereby agreed,' see Dawes v. Tredwell, (1881) 18 Ch D 359. By the (English) Real Property Act, 1845, as reproduced and extended by (English) L. P.
