Which is entered into, the expression 'is entered into' is at the worst ambiguous and is capable of meaning either only those entered into after the date of the notification, or as meaning 'is or has been entered into' i.e., including a contract which having been entered into before is subsisting on that date, Raghubar Dayal Jai Parkash v.
